Your Journey with Me
Thank you for considering working with me. Once I receive your enquiry, I aim to respond within 7 days to arrange an initial conversation.
This first meeting is an opportunity for both of us to explore whether we feel like the right fit to work together. It’s your space to ask questions, share your needs, and decide whether this is the right step for you. Your comfort, clarity, and confidence in the process are central to our work together.

Appointments & Investment in Your Wellbeing
-
Individual sessions last 50 minutes.
-
The investment is £60 per session, unless we agree otherwise.
-
Sessions usually take place weekly, as consistency supports meaningful progress and safety in the therapeutic space.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Holding this consistent space helps create a secure, nurturing environment where transformation can happen.
We will check in periodically to ensure our work continues to serve you in the best possible way.
Payment is due on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancelling or Rescheduling
Life happens — I understand that. Because your session time is held solely for you, here is how cancellations are managed:
-
One week’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With this notice, no fee will be charged.
-
The first late cancellation (less than one week’s notice) will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
-
Subsequent late cancellations will be charged at the full session fee.
-
Missed sessions without notice (including forgetting the appointment) are charged in full.
-
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
If I haven’t heard from you within 10 minutes of your session start, I will attempt to contact you. After 20 minutes, the session will be considered missed and charged in full, unless we can reschedule within the same week.
Your commitment to your time is also a commitment to your own progress — respecting the space you hold is part of protecting your journey.

Availability
I work in blocks of 6–8 weeks and take regular breaks during school holidays. I may also be unavailable occasionally due to professional commitments. I will always give as much notice as possible.
Please note I am generally unavailable during the month of August.

Financial Difficulties
Your wellbeing matters more than anything. If your circumstances change, please let me know.
I will aim to hold your space for up to one month if needed. After that, I may need to offer it to someone else, but I will always discuss options with you first. This ensures fairness while protecting your space wherever possible.

Contact Between Sessions
You are welcome to reach me by phone during working hours. If I am unavailable, I will respond as soon as possible.
-
The first 15 minutes of contact is free.
-
Up to 30 minutes: 50% of session fee
-
Up to 60 minutes: full session fee
Text messages can be sent anytime; I respond during working hours.
Please note that contact between sessions is not a substitute for therapy sessions or crisis support. This boundary protects both your space and my ability to be fully present during our sessions.

Clinical notes are kept to support your work and are stored securely in line with data protection legislation.
